DAY LILIES

NO LILIES in the fields here… instead they are here and there, in various corners and places, wherever there was an empty space, and some spaces were not so empty! Anyway, I was asked by a couple people about my lilies… so here they are.

The Calla Lilies are my favorites. They have just started to bloom this year. Funny, I can’t find the pictures of the rest of them. Strange.

I don’t think I ever picked any of them out. They were mostly gifts. To be honest, there are a few I would gladly share… So, unless you are in the neighborhood with your own trowel and a bucket, we will just share them this way. Enjoy!

My goodness! They are delightful, Jan. I have several of the same lilies. I thought of you as the "Camellia Gal"; now I shall call you the "Lily Lassie".

I had no idea that Calla Lilies could survive outdoors. Only know of those that arrive as sympathy offerings (white blooms).

You are giving fine service for all those who know you...flowers included. Thank you for the pictures.

We have a few day lily varieties blooming now, but not nearly the number of beautiful colors as are in your gardens...they are all lovely and great photo subjects.

How beautiful. I have many daylilies around my property, but up here in Vermont they are only now JUST starting to bloom. Probably next week. And, if you are serious about the "have trowel, will travel," I'd like to take you up on that come Fall (when I'll next be down). Janet

Wow ... you have all of these varieties ! I am so jealous. I would settle for one or two, and the pictures are outstanding.

Oh my they are all just gorgeous. I wish I had more room and a little more sun to grow them...:)
